Soccer experience…

Yesterday… England vs T&T… the first time I was really watching World cup. Was not very interested before coz I think soccer is just a game where the players run here run there without many goals usually… and the match takes at least 2 hrs summore… so it’s kinda boring to me. Like the fast-paced games better, badminton, basketball and all those sorts.
Yup, but wad made me watch yesterday is that “It’s England playing!”. Even though I was never a soccer mania…I’m not that blind about which team is ppl’s fave…I noe, for this FWC, ppl are dying to see Brazil vs England match…full of stars they say…and I must agree…have heard of the players name very2 often, like Rooney which is like a fresh blood in England’s team, is everyone’s fave (I dunno true or not, I missed the part when he’s playing =()
Okay, basically abt yesterday nite’s match…I say…poor T&T, not because of anything but I guess they must be on great pressure since most ppl will support England to win that match. And I sort of got the feeling that even the referees take England sides (with so many yellow cards for T&T)…haha…amateur’s opinion, just anyhow say say one.
I clearly rmb the point of time when England almost…or must say almost “banget” fail to defend their goalpost. Luckily this guy named Terry if I’m not wrong kick the ball awayyyy in time …fiuhh…that was exciting.
Budden, sadly, I stopped watching at 00.30 am….coz my brother suddenly realize he needed to get some sleep coz today is his report card day…(how can he forget such an impt thing..?)haha…but anyway, at that point of the match, I sumhow got the feeling that this match is going to be like some other matches, ending up with 0-0…even though England was playing… so I oso din care n just went to sleep…
This morning I woke up n immediately looked for the newspaper…very curious abt wad’s the score last nite…To my surprise…2-0 Yay!!...England won…I’m quite happy, even though disappointed that I didn’t get to see even 1single goal sigh….
Now I noe wad it is like to be a soccer mania. U’ll get excited as long as u support some team. Just like being a VJ supporter on the soccer match day…that was very exciting!
